PK Serviss have signed a contract to prepare the site for the construction of the Lindenholma residential complex. This apartment complex in Riga’s Marupe district will consist of 6 buildings, totaling 209 apartments. Vastint Latvia’s managing director Romāns Astahovs says his company “is planning to begin the sales of the first apartments once work on the construction of the buildings has been launched.” The site should eventually offer 650 apartments, a multi-storey car park, as well as a play areas, green spaces and a courtyard.
