Warbud will lead the renovation of the former Norblin factory in Warsaw’s Wola district into a new mixed-use complex. ArtN will offer more than 64,000 sqm of usable space, including 40,000 sqm of office and 24,000 sqm earmark for leisure, services, retail and culture. The scheme will also include four underground levels. The project, totaling more than PLN 500m, will be carried out by Warbud in cooperation with Soletanche Polska, TKT Engineering and Maat4. Capital Park Group is the investor. The project is being financed by the investor’s own resources as well as funding from Pekao SA.
