St. Moritz Apartments, a 168-unit multifamily community in Tampa, has been acquired by a joint venture between Creative Realty Partners and Michaelson Real Estate Group in a $20.7m deal. The property is less than a mile from the University of South Florida campus. Just over 90 percent of the units were leased at the time of the sale. Amenities include a swimming pool, business center, clubhouse and parking for 365 vehicles. The seller, Insula Cos., purchased the asset from Convergent Capital Partners in 2014 for $11m. Following the sale, Michaelson will take over management of the property.
