One United Properties, controlled by Andrei Diaconescu and Victor Capitanu, together with Auchan Romania, broke ground on the One Floreasca City mixed-use project in Bucharest. Valued at approximately €100m, the scheme will include retail, three apartment buildings and an office tower as well as numerous green spaces. One Floreasca City is going up on a 2.8 ha plot at the intersection of Mircea Eliade boulevard and Floreasca road. The site used to house the former Automatica campus.
