LeCesse Development Corp. and Famlee Investment Co. have begun construction on the second phase of the BellaNova at JubiLee Park apartments. Located 2 miles for the Orlando International Airport, plans call for 26 two-story buildings with 312 units, a 13,000 square foot clubhouse, summer kitchen and a walking trail around the perimeter of the property. The first phase, known as GrandeVille at JubiLee Park, opened in 2015 and is currently 96 percent leased. The project is being funded with a $52.9 million HUD loan originated by Wells Fargo. Slated for completion in the summer of 2019, LECESSE Construction is serving as the general contractor for the scheme.
