Harlan Goldberg was named vice president of business development for the northeast US region at Cervera Real Estate. Goldberg has 15 years of experience in New York and Florida and has closed more than $2bn in sales. Before joining Cervera, Goldberg served as director of sales for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and 1 Hotels. He began his real estate career in 2005 with Douglas Elliman in New York, where he was appointed senior vice president and sales director for strategic marketing and development.
“Given the ever-increasing interest in Miami real estate from New Yorkers in the wake of recent tax reform legislation, we felt that this was the right time to expand our focus into the Northeast in order to capitalize on our platform of exclusive representations,” said Jesse Ottley, president of development sales at Cervera Real Estate.
