Ryanair has opened a base in Burgas, following a $100m investment. This is the Irish low-cost airline carrier’s second hub in Bulgaria after Sofia. Its Burgas hub will offer 11 routes and support 187 jobs at the airport. Summer flight destinations to and from the Bulgarian coastal city include Warsaw, Kraków, Kaunas, Bratislava, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt Hahn, Memmingen, Milan, Riga, Rzeszów and Tel Aviv.
