Immofinanz has sold the Brno Business Park to the INFOND investment fund in a transactions completed in the first half of March. The office complex is made up of four buildings offering a total of 35,000 sqm of GLA. Immofinanz received legal advice in the transaction from bpv BRAUN PARTNERS. The building has floor plates of 1,850 sqm, surface parking around the building and quick access to the D1 and D2 motorways. INFOND was advised by Hladky Lega, Knight Fran and Redbaenk. “The Czech property market continues to rise as we’re noticing growth in demand for quality projects in the regions. This transaction proves it,” said Miroslav Dudek, chief lawyer for bpv BRAUN PARTNERS.
