Werk Property Group is investing €14m in a residential project in Timisoara. Vox Vertical Village will feature 120 contemporary apartments in a 10-story building. The project represents the first “vertical village” concept on the real estate market in Romania and will include a generous atrium and a “vertical forest” composed of a multitude of trees and other types of plants. Construction is expected to break ground soon, with completion scheduled for the end of 2019.
