Bel–Pol Sp. z o.o., a Polish distributor of doors and floors, has leased more than 4,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Gliwice III. The deal was brokered by BSC Real Estate Advisors. Panattoni Park Gliwice III features four buildings, which can be adapted to the needs of companies from various sectors. The investment is located 8 km from the center of Gliwice in the vicinity of the Gliwice-Sośnica junction, linking the A1 and A4 motorways in northwest Upper Silesia.
