ARiMR, a governmental agency supporting agriculture and rural development in Poland has leased 5,000 sqm of office space at the Astris building in Kraków. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the lease transaction. Astris offers 13,000 sqm of modern office space and meets sustainability requirements. “Lease costs, location and office functionality for both farmers and our employees were the key factors we considered in the leasing process. Astris proved to be the best choice for ARiMR,” said Adam Ślusarczyk, Head of ARiMR’s regional office in Małopolska.
