Euro Styl has secured a building permit for its Mezzo residential project in Gdańsk’s Przymorze district. The investment will go up on Krynicka street and will feature two buildings. Construction is set to break ground in April, with completion of the first building scheduled for the third quarter of 2020. The project includes eco-friendly solutions like electric car charging stations, solar panels on the the roofs and light sensors.
