Carpe Real Estate Partners bought a warehouse and retail space in the heart of Miami’s arts district for $14m. The Oasis offers 35,176 sq ft of leasable space on a 72,185 sq ft site. Colliers International represented the seller, Goltens Miami, which acquired the property more than 30 years ago. The Oasis can accommodate between 400,000 and 600,000 sq ft of new development. A 2015 zoning plan by the City of Miami expanded approved uses for the area. The Wynwood Neighborhood Revitalization District-1 (NRD-1) allows for up to eight stories with an additional four-story option in exchange for public benefit in some areas, leaving multiple development options open for the new owner.
