Diamond Business Park Ursus is a modern BREEAM-certified warehouse park located in Warsaw’s Ursus district. The facility offers 34,000 sqm of warehouse space and 16,000 sqm of class A office space in separate buildings adjacent to the warehouse facility. White Star Real Estate is the developer and owner of the property.
