Ghelamco Poland鈥檚 plans for a new 艁贸d藕 city center are moving forward. The developer secured a building permit for an area between the newly built 艁贸d藕 Fabryczna train station and the EC1 Centre for Science and Technology. Ghelamco will deliver the investment in three phases. The first phase will include a hotel, offices, apartments, and commercial outlets in three buildings. The building permit allows Ghelamco to break ground on the hotel and offices. Construction is expected to started in the third or fourth quarter of this year. The project was designed by PIG Architekci.
