Monument Real Estate Services has been tapped to manage the Azure Villas apartment community in Pembroke Park, Florida. The property offers 226 units in 51 one-story buildings. As part of the firm’s comprehensive management services, a number of upgrades to the community will be implemented including exterior upgrades. The assignment increases the firm’s management portfolio in the state to nine properties.
