Quadrum Global has opened a leasing and welcome center for its newest senior living community, currently under construction in Fort Myers, southwest Florida. The $95m project, Amavida Senior Living, will feature 460 rental homes, including cottages, residences, apartments and suites, on a 500,000 sq ft campus. Resting on a 32-acre site with direct access to Lakes Park, common amenities will include concierge and valet services, an on-site wellness center, a fitness center and restaurants. Construction is scheduled for completion this fall.
“Today marks a significant moment in Quadrum’s plan to bring a world-class senior living community to southwest Florida, which is one of the nation’s fastest-growing retirement destinations,” said Oleg Pavlov, Quadrum’s founder and CEO.
