Marco Houdek has been appointed to the management of Apleona GeServ. In his new role, he will assume key account responsibilities for a Germany-wide property portfolio of a major Italian insurance group. Houdek most recently held the role of Director of Corporate Development at Apleona and was responsible for key account management for a German real estate portfolio. He has also managed the Business Planning & Reporting department at Apleona Real Estate Management since 2012. Houdek has a property management degree from Dresden Administration and Business Academy as well as a degree in real estate and housing management.
