Accolade fund’s industrial portfolio tops 400,000 sqm

The Accolade fund now owns 20 industrial buildings in eight parks across the Czech Republic and Poland and is currently in the process of acquiring another. At the moment, this translates into 400,000 sqm of industrial and logistics space which taken together has a value of CZK 7bn. All of the buildings in the portfolio are completely leased up. “Within less than four years since the founding of the fund, Accolade has become the fastest growing owner of industrial properties in the region,” said Milan Kratina, chairman of the board of Accolate Industrial Fund. “By comparison, as of 2017, the fund had a portfolio of 128,000 sqm of leasable space. Upon the completion of the transactions that are currently underway, it will own 404,000 sqm of industrial real estate with a value of €274 million. The fund has over 400 private investors who have entrusted it with nearly CZK 2.5bn of equity.
