Amadria Park Group is planning to open its first hotel in Zagreb under its Heritage brand. Amadria Park intends to reconstruct an early 20th-century building at the corner of Jurisiceva and Palmoticeva streets into a 111-room Heritage hotel geared toward business travelers. The opening is planning for this fall. Amadria Park expects to invest about HRK 14.5m (€1.9m) into the property. The company already operates hotels at the Croatian seaside as well as in Opatija and Sibenik.
