The co-working chain Business Link will make its entry onto the Czech market this year in Visionary, Skanska’s new office building in Prague 7. The company will rent (and offer) 4,700 sqm of office space, which it says will be able to accommodate 100 people, 159 private offices and five conference rooms. “We create our spaces for the most demanding people. I am confident that Czech entrepreneurs of the future in start-ups and corporations will choose our offices. Our decision to enter the Czech Republic is because it is one of the most promising European markets and has enormous potential for business development.” — Dariusz Żuk, Business Link CEO. The building’s design was carried out by Jakub Cigler Architekti, while the co-working space will offer considerable natural daylight through the glass facade. The building should achieve a LEED Platinum certificate as well as a WELL certificate.
“Over the next two years, Business Link will be opening 9 new locations with a total area of 30,000-40,000 square meters in cities such as Budapest and Bucharest,” says Jarosław Bator, Skanska Business Development Manager and Business Link COO. “Thanks to this expansion, we will be the largest Central European network of co-working spaces and private offices for rent. Business Link’s presence in our buildings supports Skanska’s most comprehensive offer in various projects on the CEE market.”
