M7 Real Estate acquired 12 assets in Hungary through four transactions, totaling €80.1m, in 2017. The new additions bring M7’s assets under management in Hungary to €89.3m. The company also signed 32 new leases and renewals across Hungary. Major deals included Robert Bosch Automotive GmbH taking more than 10,000 sqm of space at Eger Business Park 2, the largest deal in northeastern Hungary in 2017. Additional transactions included a lease extension of five years secured with Metro Cash & Carry at the Aerozone Business Park and an 11,500 sqm lease at the Dunaharaszti Industrial Park to an international logistics service provider.
