FCP sells One Dulles Tower to $226m to Harbor Group

FCP has closed on the disposition of One Dulles Tower to affiliates of Harbor Group International in a $226 million deal. FCP purchased the 403,622 square foot Class A office building located on the Dulles Toll Road in Herndon, VA in October 2015 for $80 million. The asset is located within the Woodland Park master planned development which boasts more than 140,000 square feet of retail, a hotel and 5-acre park. The site is one half mile from both the future Herndon and Innovation Center Silver Line Metro Stations. Amazon Web Services signed a lease this past April to take the entire building.
