Two companies leased a total of 1,000 sqm of space at AFI Tech Park, which is currently underway in Bucharest. RTC Proffice Experience, which produces office stationery, leased approximately 650 sqm in AFI Tech Park 1, while Ecovis Romania, a specialized international financial services company, took roughly 350 sqm, becoming the fourth and fifth tenants of the business campus. The lease process was brokered by Colliers International, which advised project developer AFI Europe Romania.
