Hagag Development Europe is investing more than €90m in its first project in Bucharest. H Pipera Lake, a residential complex, will go up along the shore of Lake Pipera on 57,000 sqm. The project will offer a total of 1,350 apartments in 17 buildings. The ground-floor apartments will have gardens. There will also be more than 1,600 parking spots. Construction is set to break ground this spring, with the first five buildings to be delivered in the second half of 2019.
