Townscape held the topping-out ceremony for the GROW office building in Berlin. Located on Scheringstrasse in the the city’s Brunnenviertel district, the project will feature approximately 9,300 sqm of office, catering and event space. GROW, designed by Berlin-based architecture studio Elwardt & Lattermann, is going up on a 1,200 parcel of land, which Townscape acquired in partnership with Family Office. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter. Tenants should start moving in this July.
