JLL and CBRE have been jointly appointed to lease Budapest ONE Business Park, which is being developed by Futureal Group in Hungary. The first phase of the 68,000 sqm office park is set to be handed over in the second half of 2019 and will offer 25,000 sqm of offices to lease as well as 2,600 sqm of commercial and service units. The first phase of the investment will also feature green space and an underground garage with 480 parking spots.
