Aik has acquired the mixed-use property Zollstock-Arkaden in Cologne. The Düsseldorf-based investment company acquired the property, located in the city’s Zollstock district, for its special fund. The total investment amounts to €46m. The seller was Allianz Lebensversicherungs, which was represented by Allianz Real Estate Germany. The four-story building offers 15,000 sqm of total space and 246 underground parking spots. Zollstock-Arkaden, which was built in 1991, also features 28 commercial units.
