Development Partner and DDC/KPE Projektentwicklung held the topping-out ceremony for TWO | The Wiesbaden Office. The project, located at Abraham-Lincoln-Strasse 44 in Wiesbaden, will feature 16,600 sqm of space and 344 parking spots. More than 75 percent of the scheme has already been leased to Julius Berger International. Düsseldorf-based Development Partner is developing the project in a joint venture with DDC from Wiesbaden. Completion is scheduled for later this year.
