Dolby Poland has leased 3,500 sqm at Business Garden on Legnicka Street in Wrocław. C&W advised during the lease negotiations as well as designing the new office. “The new Dolby office is designed to comply with the ruling trends. The design process itself was based on a profound analysis and research of the workplace and interviews with the employers, who got a chance to give their suggestions about how they imagine functioning in the new space,” said Marcin Golly, an associate with the project and development services team at C&W. Wrocław’s new Business Garden complex offers 117,000 sqm in nine office buildings with a restaurant pavilion and a surrounding garden.
