Link Sp. z o.o. and Waberer’s Poland, both part of Waberer’s International Group, have leased a total of 728 sqm of office space at the Praga Koneser Center in Warsaw. CBRE acted as advisor in the negotiation processes. The building, located in the city’s Praga district, offers 25,500 sqm of modern office space and is already 92 percent leased. The property was awarded BREEAM Interim certification in 2013 with an Excellent rating.
