Bridge Commercial Real Estate has selected Cushman & Wakefield to act as its exclusive leasing advisor for Fountain Square, an office complex in Boca Raton. Located on North Military Trail, the three building asset totals 241,759 sqf. Bridge Office, an affiliate of Bridge Investment Group, bought the asset in January for $54.5 million with its joint venture partner, Ascentris, a private equity firm. The new ownership group plans to invest more than $6 million to undertake full lobby renovations, common area corridor renovations, implementation of a spec suite program and the design and delivery of a covered café seating area and outdoor lounge. Cushman & Wakefield’s John K. Criddle and Joseph J. Freitas will lead the assignment.
