Apleona is renovating BMW Group’s information technology center in Munich-North. The drywall construction, painting, flooring and carpentry work will be carried out by Apleona R&M Ausbau. The upgrades will allow the space in the 60,000 sqm office building to be used more flexibly. The parties have agreed not to disclose the volume of the contract. The upgrade is expected to be completed by January 2019. Around 2,800 IT and software specialists work in the center, which is located in close proximity to several of BMW Group’s research and innovation centers as well as its Munich branch.
