Dorota Gruchała has been appointed head of JLL’s Kraków office. Gruchała will be responsible for managing a team of experts specializing in office leasing and tenant representation as well as the development of JLL’s projects in both Kraków and Katowice. She has been working in JLL for 10 years. Prior to her new appointment, she was running projects in the areas of tenant and office landlord representation. Her responsibilities included the commercialization of office buildings located in Kraków and Katowice, establishing long-term lease strategies, marketing plans and preparing market analyses as well as conducting deal negotiations and renegotiations. Throughout her professional career, she has cooperated with brands such as Ericsson, SAP, HireRight, UBS, TriGranit and Warimpex.
