YIT Slovakia is planning a new residential project in the Bratislava neighborhood of Niva near the bus station. The three-building scheme will share a single underground garage for clients planning to live and drive in this rapidly expanding part of the capital. The new bus station is currently under construction as is the connected shopping center by HB Reavis. Planning documents describe YIT’s new scheme as an 8-story building with three underground levels. The Compass studio is creating the design, which is supposed to connect the locations industrial history with modern architecture. One of the buildings located on this former factory site will be restored.
