13 February 2018

The Dutch firm Pinnacle is planning K District, a residential and business complex in Belgrade that will be built on the former Beko textile plant. Construction of this 115,000 sqm brownfield is scheduled to begin this year. Located next to the Sava and Danube rivers by the Kalemegdan fortress, the value of the investment is estimated at €200m. Construction permits are expected to be issued soon, which would allow for work to get underway by the end of summer. The existing factory is to undergo reconstruction that will create a hotel or business center.
