Atrium European Real Estate Limited sold 18 properties in Hungary and one in the Czech Republic for a combined price of €70m. The investments were sold in a number of separate transactions. The sales of 18 properties in Hungary account for the majority of Atrium’s Hungarian portfolio. The group said it is planning to offload its remaining assets in the country. Atrium also completed the sale of its stake at a shopping center in Brno, the Czech Republic’s second biggest city.
