One United Properties, a development company owned by Andrei Diaconescu and Victor Capitanu, will invest €100m in a new mixed-use project in Bucharest. The project’s residential component, One Mircea Eliade, will include 250 apartments in three towers, while an office building, One Tower, will offer 24,000 sqm of leasable space. The project will go up on the former Automatica platform in the capital.
