Cushman & Wakefield transacted nearly €2.5bn in Poland last year, accounting for 52 percent of its total 2017 investment volume. The largest deal brokered by C&W on the Polish market last year was the acquisition of the Magnolia Park shopping center in Wrocław for nearly €380m. The shopping center offers 100,000 sqm in 241 retail units, making it one of the biggest in the region. Magnolia Park attracts a footfall of almost 11 million visitors a year. “Last year witnessed very strong investor activity on the investment market with Cushman & Wakefield involved in some of the largest deals, which is reflected in our annual performance and top place in the ranking.
