Forte Partners was awarded LEED Platinum certification for The Bridge office project in Bucharest. The Bridge was evaluated across seven main criteria: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, material and resources, indoor environmental quality, innovation and regional priority credits. The first phase of the project was delivered in December and the second phase, which is currently under construction, is scheduled to be completed in the last quarter of 2018. The total value of both phases totals €145m.
