Dassault Systemes, which develops 3D CAD engineering and design software, and Vershold Holding Poland, a provider of comprehensive logistics services and solutions for retailers, signed leases at Business Garden Warsaw. Both companies will move in to the newly built part of the complex, occupying a total of 1,100 sqm. Business Garden is located on one of the main arteries of central Warsaw. The complex includes seven office buildings offering 90,000 sqm of leasable space. The project was awarded LEED Platinum certification.
