Cushman & Wakefield opening Brno office in March

8 February 2018

Cushman & Wakefield will open an office in Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic, beginning March. Lukáš NetolickĂ˝, who will lead operations there, says he will be focusing on the region’s office market to reflect growing demand. “We saw the historically greatest amount of transactions in Brno in 2016 and the figures at the end of 2017 confirm the trend,” he said. “We expect Brno and Ostrava to have as much as one million square metres of office space after 2020; great opportunities are rising not only for the office sector but also for other services such as facility management, project management, investment consulting and – providing that the purchasing power grows too – the retail sector as well.” NetolickĂ˝ will take on the new title of Head of Regional Cities of the Czech Republic.
