CA Immo leased a total of 255,000 sqm in 10 countries in 2017, with the CEE region accounting for around 70 percent, or 178,000 sqm, of the total volume. In Bucharest, CA Immo leased more than 30,000 sqm, or 30 percent of its total 2017 volume. The deals included a large-scale lease to Bitdefender, which took 9,300 sqm of office space at Orhideea Towers, scheduled for completion later this year. Orange, meanwhile, extended its space by 8,300 sqm at Europe House.
