Cushman & Wakefield has recruited retail and leisure specialist Dominic Bouvet as partner. He will help the company expand its EMEA cross-border retail team and further develop its EMEA leisure offer. Bouvet, currently a national director at JLL, will join Cushman & Wakefield in the summer as head of EMEA. “Dominic further strengthens our cross-border capability at a time when international expansion by exciting brands is one of the defining characteristics of the global retail market. He will hit the ground running thanks to well-established relationships with most international retailers and a strong understanding of city markets across Europe.
