Business service provider Inoffice Group will take nearly 1,500 sqm of space at the Equator IV office building in Warsaw. The tenant will move into its new space in September. Equator IV, owned by Karimpol, is currently under construction. The class A investment will offer 35,000 sqm of space, including 20,130 sqm of leasable office space and 682 sqm of commercial and service units on the ground floor. There will also be a gastronomic offer. Equator IV is the fourth office building in the Aleje Jerozolimskie complex and Karimpol Group’s eighth investment project in Warsaw. The building will feature seven elevators, 226 parking spots on four underground levels as well as 40 surface spots in front of the building. Equator IV is BREEAM certified and will offer 78 bicycle racks as well as showers and locker rooms for bikers. The building was designed by APA Wojciechowski.
