Apleona has secured a contract for technical support and advisory services for the pre-opening phase of the Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre Hotel as well as the transitional period to the new owner. The hotel, which features 256 rooms, was acquired by Union Investment Real Estate. The companies are already cooperating on three other hotel properties: Radisson Blu Kraków, Radisson Blu Wrocław and Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre. Apleona GVA has strengthened its cooperation with the German investor in Switzerland and Germany over the past two years.
