GTV, the distributor of furniture accessories and lighting, has leased 11,800 sqm of space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The tenant will use 11,000 sqm for warehouse purposes, while another 745 sqm will be used for social and office space. The facility will be handed over to GTV Poland in mid-March. AXI IMMO acted as an advisor in the lease transaction. “We are very satisfied with this newly signed lease agreement.
