Spanish real estate developer Gran Via is poised to break ground this month on a new residential project in Bucharest’s Aviatiei district. Aviatiei Apartments will go up on the former Baneasa bread factory site, which covers approximately 10,000 sqm. The project will offer a total of 293 apartments. Project costs are estimated at €17m, with completion scheduled for July 2019.
