Mostostal Warszawa broke ground on a media library in Piotrków Trybunalski, central Poland. The foundation laying ceremony was held at Pofranciszkański Square earlier this week. Jarosław Czuba, the director of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, and the mayor of Piotrków Trybunalski, Krzysztof Chojniak, participated in the ceremony. The project is a key part of the city’s efforts to modernize its old town and castle district. The new three-story library, Mediateka, will be shaped like an open book and offer around 7,500 sqm of space. Investment costs are estimated at PLN 33m.
