According to the newspaper Politika, MPC Properties has received a building permit for the construction of a 104 meter office tower that will join the existing tower at Business Center Usce in New Belgrade. Along with 22,000 sqm of offices, the 22-floor building in Block 16 will also have a restaurant, a bank and a café. In addition, it will have a 2-floor underground garage with 750 parking spaces. The new tower matches the the existing tower in height, having been designed by Chapman Taylor together with the local studio VMS. The reported value of the investment is €60m, with completion expected in 2019.
